Or you might get our famous Hopi Blue Corn pancakes, a real southwest specialty.
Mountainaire is an eclectic community of independent minded folks. Our property was the location of the first residents here and still has the original dairy barn and log cabin from those turn of the century (1900s!)settlers. We're 6 miles south of Flagstaff and to the east of I-17 by 1.5 miles on Mountainaire Road. Residents of Mountainaire commute to Flagstaff or have home based businesses. The other official businesses on our street are the Mountainaire Tavern and Restaurant, the Mountainaire Country Store, the Mountainaire Mini-Storage and our local water company, Ponderosa Utilities, that serves up the best well water in the area. The whole community is surrounded by Coconino National Forest with trails and dirt roads taking off in all directions.
