Perfect for intimate parties year round. Three fireplaces, rustic mountain appeal, comfortable and cozy feel. Maximum capacity indoors is 50. Outdoor events for up to 125.

Rent the Wine Cellar

For smaller parties of 16 or fewer guests the Wine Cellar is the perfect party room. the Wine CellarWarm and comfortable with a view into the wine cave, wine barrel sink, three large windows, and fireplace, it has table seating for up to 16 people.


We provide full catered meal and beverage service for parties including breakfast, lunch, cocktail and dinner options. Prices vary depending on menu chosen and number of guests. Please call or email for more information.

Corporate Events

Our dining room and the Wine Cellar are available for meeting rooms, board retreats, seminars, office retreats and training events. Breakout areas are available. The setting is casual and perfect for brainstorming, reflection, and planning. AV equipment is available. Catering is available for all meals and snacks. Non-Profit Fundraisers

The Abineau Lodge offers a unique fundraising venue for non-profits. Wendy founded Flagstaff Shelter Services in 2006 and was its primary fundraiser and grant writer for its first 4 years and planned the first two fund raising events, Walk a Mile in Their Shoes, and the annual 4 Squares dinner event. She is committed to assisting non-profits with their fundraising efforts and is available to assist with your fundraising planning. Discounted rates are available for qualified non-profits that focus on poverty issues, animal shelter and assistance, mental health issues, equal justice and racial equality.
