All breakfasts come with Homemade Granola (wheat free and also available by the bag to take home with you!), all you can drink orange, cranberry and apple juice, cocoa, coffee and tea and a fruit garnish. We use pure maple syrup, real butter and our recipes are made from scratch.
Our menu varies depending on occupancy. Some of our recipes are better suited for smaller numbers of people and some work better when we are full. The daily entree may change but the below is representative of the made from scratch menu we generally serve.
Hopi blue corn pancakes, scrambled eggs and maple bacon
Eggs Abineau (poached eggs and Canadian bacon on toast with a Cheese sauce) and seasoned potatoes
Cinnamon raisin French toast and scrambled eggs
Waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausage patties.
Herb Cheese Scramlette-eggs scrambled with herbs and cream cheese- seasoned potatoes, Canadian bacon and multi grain toast
Pancake Day (could be Vanilla or Strawberry yogurt, buttermilk, lemon sour cream, old fashioned oatmeal or apple pecan-changes weekly), scrambled eggs and maple bacon
Southwest egg bake or scramble (eggs, cheese, onion, mild green chilis) seasoned potatoes, sausage patties and flour tortilla.
Most of our breakfasts will fit any diet. For low carb, wheat and gluten free diets simply eliminate the bread type items and request a corn tortilla or substitute plain eggs for any entrée. If you have a specific food allergy or intolerance please let us know in advance and we will do our best to find another option for you.
Hot breakfast is served between 8 and 9:30. If you require an earlier breakfast we will be happy to set out our homemade granola, milk and juice for you as long as we know before 6 pm the night before!
