If you need a longer term, self house-keeping rental, we have a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of the Lodge. There is a California king bed and small gas fireplace/stove in the bedroom, closet, TV and studio daybed.
The kitchen/dining room has a 10 cubic foot refrigerator and freezer, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, dining table and chairs, and is equipped with basic cooking and table wares.
The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination, and has a unique rippled glass pocket door. The flooring is tile and the vanity and medicine cabinet provide plenty of storage space.
All utilities including electric, propane, cable, Wi-Fi, water, trash collection are included in the rates. For monthly renters, we provide a weekly cleaning service and replace linens weekly. Personal laundry service can be obtained for an additional fee.
In addition to the in apartment amenities, renters have access to the Lodge lounge and decks as do other guests. The public Café and Espresso Bar are also available to renters. Parking is plentiful and bicycles may be kept in the shed if needed. Extra storage can be provided for longer term renters.
Two occupants are comfortable in the apartment. If an additional room is needed for children please ask about our family option.
Small dogs are welcome under conditions but cats are not allowed. Please ask about our pet policies before booking.
Rental rates are $2500 monthly, $1100 weekly or $250 per night with a 2 night minimum. Sales tax of 6.9%, which is subject to change, is required for all stays of less than one month. A damage deposit and pet surcharge are required if bringing a pet.
